Dr Martin Anyim

Chief Scientific Officer

Dr Martin Anyim is a scientist with a PhD in Molecular Microbiology. He has been involved in translational research management for over 15 years, working across a broad range of clinical areas and therapeutic interventions.

From 2006 he worked at the National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR) leading the team that was responsible for the operational delivery of the Invention for Innovation (i4i) funding programme. In 2013, he joined the UCL Translational Research Office and worked with UCL academics and clinical academics to develop, de-risk and manage translational research projects all aimed at producing interventions to benefit patients.

As the Chief Scientific Officer at the Richmond Research Institute (RRI), he brings vast experience of academic research, the key requirements when seeking research funding and the management of research projects.
